The late fee will apply for any registration received after February 28, 2009. Deadline for pre-registration is April 30, 2009. Should payment/registration be received thereafter, you will receive your confirmation documents at the congress office on site. Registration on site is possible during the entire congress within the opening hours of the registration counters. Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full prepayment or valid credit card details.
Name badge
All delegates and accompanying persons will receive a name badge upon registration. For identification purposes, badges must be worn for all congress activities. Admission to the Congress will not be allowed without badge identification.
Confirmation
When appropriate fees have been received, a confirmation/invoice will be sent to participants. This authentification should be presented at the Registration Desk in Vienna.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of participation before March 12, 2009 registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 32 Euro per person. Cancellations received after March 12, 2009 cannot be refunded. Name changes will be charged with 20 Euro per registration. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when returning your registration form. For the rewriting of invoices 20 Euro will be charged.
Method of Payment
Payment should be made in Euros:
- By credit cards (American Express, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa)
- On site payments can also be realised in cash.
Exhibition
The scientific meeting will be accompanied by a comprehensive industrial exhibition covering the latest developments in diagnosis and therapy. Companies interested in joining the exhibition are kindly asked to contact the PCO at:

Currency/Credit Card/Banking
All Congress fees, Excursion booking fees as well as Accommodation rates are calculated in Euro. Foreign currency, traveller’s cheques and Euro cheques can be exchanged at the airport bank upon arrival or at the banks located in the city center. Most banks, hotels and restaurants also accept credit cards. Money can be withdrawn at numerous cash points with a credit card or a cash card.
Electricity
In Austria the electrical power is 220 volts. Attachment Plugs with two round pins have to be used.
VISA Requirements
Residents of EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, as well as holders of a Swiss or British passport and North American nationals do not require a visa.
